  Went to drop off a package. There was already a guy helping a customer when a lady came out to help me. She had ear buds in and didn't say a word to me through the whole transaction. Simply reached for my drop off and handed me a receipt. The redeeming factor of this visit is that I was in and out under 2 minutes.

  Upon my arrival after having a online retail store and doing business with the ups for 4 years and I walked in and handed my package to the employee and before he started to process the package into the system he looked at me like I am a new species "Alien" and has me sign a paper regarding their regulations and rules which didn't make sense at all. So I called the corporate office and had them look into it and they told me it usually never happens and how people judge you because your foreigner and not white that's really unprofessional. Disappointed me in their services they provided me just like some of the UTAH Racist people.
