- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever!! Signed up my 17 yo step daughter for drivers ed. They never answer their phones and they take FOREVER to score tests. Took a road test with Norma and she was awesome!! Went to DLD to get license and even though Norma said it would take 30 min to enter passing score on road test it was in there within 15 min. The passing scores from RDI, however, were not in even though she finished 2 weeks prior. Also, there is an online test we were not informed of. While she sat at the DLD taking that test on her phone I had to drive back to RDI and was told the scores would be in there within an hour. Waited the hour and still nothing. Go somewhere else.
