  I came in here with my husband and needed to get a debit card printed off, we were informed due to some circumstances we were unable to... I needed to access some funds that day that had been transferred but had no way of doing that with no debit card. Bronson was amazing! He was so helpful in finding an alternative so we were able to get the money withdrawn that day. He was very efficient and caring in his work. Thanks Bronson!

  I have always been very satisfied with MACU and their services. They are a very up to date Credit Union in the world that is always advancing. I am a member of several CU'S and i do the majority of my banking with them. Their services are the most user friendly. I would always recommend them to a friend.

  I used to belong to a couple different credit unions, I became a member of Mountain America Credit Union when I attained a car loan with them. I am super happy. I would have never thought a credit union would bend over backwards for me, but they have been a GREAT credit union. Way better than my expectations. Every person... teller, or management that I have come into contact with have been completely awesome!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME FIND A WONDERFUL CREDIT UNION!!!

  I have been with Mountain America since they took over Salt Lake City Credit union. I find them very personable and there to help. All my needs and questions are taken care of quickly. They work with me on all my finances.

  I came in regarding a loan i never gave consent to run a hard inquiry on my credit i was given unprofessional service and left waiting at the reps desk for over 20 minutes as he gawked with the bank tellers i left not accepting the the loan due to the unprofessional rep Alfredo who had better things to do at the time. i was approved for the loan he ran with out giving me any knowledge of what he was doing. i will not bank at this location again i felt very un easy about the experience as it was my first loan i have ever got. my time was not valued at this branch the information i was given was not accurate either. my advice to this branch is to retrain your reps to be more professional and knowledgeable about the service. to not run credit with out formal consent.
