  The most personal and courteous attention from an Insurer I have had in 20 years! I live in Las Vegas, NV and needed insurance for my Southern Utah vacation home and vehicle. I submitted an online request for insurance quotes and had several agencies contact me. I initially chose the Burkholz Allstate agency because of their prompt response and great rates. Soon after becoming clients I learned that Howard and his staff were not like any insurance company I have encountered in the past. Several weeks after my new policy took effect, I was called to rate my experience with Howard and his staff, in order to make sure his office was meeting their clients expectations. I was impressed! I really appreciate the personal attention from Howard and his staff. From the emails and holiday cards that let me know I am not just another number, to the annual telephone review of my policy to make sure they are still meeting my insurance needs. I have never personally met Howard or his staff due to the distance between his office and my home but he has certainly made me feel like a friend that he cares about. I would highly recommend Howard and his staff! I only wish he could insure my cars and property in Nevada!!!!

  They take the time to make sure that we understand everything. Checked in on us after the massive wind storm and also made sure that everything was going well with a recent claim. Great agent!
