  Holy crap is this place quick!!! I'm from Seattle...And I was scared that only a single DMV would be overrun. But wow!! This place was quick! Every time I go there it's under an hour!! Normally the lag is from people not being prepared and not listening to the clerks. From some of these comments here it seems like many people don't research before going in. I've worked with this DMV on multiple vehicles while trying to work with banks and they are super patient with funky banks. I do deals across state lines and different state regulations and methods can be confusing but the people are always patient and are willing to take the steps to get through the processes I bring them. I love this DMV!! Obviously I go in the mornings but last time was at 11 and it wasn't packed either. Plus...They have a flipping drive through!!! Thanks guys!! I'm sorry so many people give you crap. They'd lose their minds on the west coast. Hahaha.

  Too bad we can't hold these government organizations to the same standard as the private sector organizations. In the private sector, half of the workers at this location wouldn't have a job due to being so rude to customers. We had trouble getting the vehicle to pass inspection, so we were trying to get our second temporary. They would not explain what we needed to do to get a temporary license. The lady helping just kept saying there was nothing they could do. When trying to speak to a manager, they just became more rude. The manager just shook her head and wouldn't not answer the questions. Finally ten minutes of asking why they couldn't give us a temporary, she finally said that we need to bring in receipts to show the work that has been done to the vehicle. Why couldn't they have said that from the beginning. That is what we were asking. Horrible customer service. Not sure why I am writing this review, we have to use the organization regardless of how poorly they treat "customers," and I doubt they are going to read any reviews and actually try to improve there organization. Let's see if they actually respond to this review like a good private sector company would do.
