  I hope this Justice Courts Administration reads these reviews and replaces the woman who answers the phone. She's rude, she's disrespectful, and when your phone call is over, you're not in a better situation or don't have any more answers to your questions as you did before you called... she's useless,.. I called to get information on a ticket I had that I was late calling on,.. and she said because I didn't have the citation number,.. that she didn't know how to help me and that I should just come in to the courthouse at 8:00am the following day... which would more then likely be a waist of my time and theirs... And I feel like her job is to "help" the public when they call and to help the public solve their business they have with the Courthouse. So that things get done,.. so that peope pay their fines and come to court... Employing her is a waist of tax payers money. Get us someone that can help/assist us... please.

  Very hard to deal with. Everyone who works here is very uncooperative. The hours are also trash. The only times I can call are when they are closed.

  the lady who answered the phone was no help I asked her about traffic school and she said come in cause I don't have time to help you or tell you the information you need. What is your job then ? Worthless people working here.

  I would not give any stars if I didn't have to, but since I do to make a comment I only give one! So I called about a citation I received and the lady that answered the phone sounded really nice until I told her that I do not get paid tell the 25 and she started to interrupt me every time I tried to talk she was very snobby and wouldn't even listen to me and treated me like I was a piece of garbage . She really needs better customer service/ reception training
