- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a home health & hospice social worker, and would like to express how much I appreciate S.L. County Aging and Adult Services. I have had supervisors from caregiver support present at support groups. There is never a month go by, I don't refer a patient or their loved one for at least one of the services. It is wonderful to hear how happy families are as a result. All the case managers I have interacted with have been not only professional, but very caring. I have been especially impressed by how this agency respects and supports diversity. I am so grateful for all the resources and efforts supplied by this program and staff.By annette day, January 10, 2017
